Registration Fee for Newport Heights Elementary Chess club - Winter 2012. Please note that the cost of this registration will go up a week before the first meeting!

The chess club is popular so seats fill up fast. If you find the class is already full and you want to be considered for the waitlist, please send an email to events@chessflyer.com composed of your name, your kid's name(s), your phone number and the subject "waitlist".

Select a level and click "add to cart" for each child you wish to enroll!

Please select a group you believe is best suited to the student. Final decision for group placement will be made by the coaches.

Registration for the Winter 2012 session of Chess Club! there will be three sections: beginner, intermediate and advanced! Even with a third group, chess club often fills up! Students who have been previously enrolled will be given first priority. After that a lottery will be used to fairly determine who else may attend.

  • Open to students of Newport Heights Elementary
  • Intermediate and advanced groups require prior placement, or approval from coach.
  • Kindergardeners must be approved by coach, and are taken on a case-by-case basis based on interest, temperament and most importantly the ability to sit still for several minutes at a time!
