A Game Designer's Workshop.
Start each day learning and playing the worlds greatest alternate chess games such as Bughouse, Nightmare Chess, Fischer Random and Giveaway. Then go even deeper by exploring other great strategy games from around the world. By the end of the week you'll be inventing and creating your own playable game; a chess variant if you choose, or something completely new in the world! This session will be spearheaded by Michael Adams, a professional game designer with 23 published games on the market.
- Drop off at 9 am daily, pickup at 3 pm. Please be prompt!

TOPS (The Option Program at Seward) is an alternative K-8 public school dedicated to giving our students a complete education while emphasizing themes of social justice and citizenship.
